As in the title anyone got examples of a quantum instruction set, and some code that does any kind of simple quantum processing of information. Every computer has some sort of instruction code which is used to represent a instruction to a computer. So Quantum computers are going to have their own set of instruction codes. Assembly language is a mnemonic representation of those instruction codes for a particular kind of computer architecture, a kind of abstraction.

I'm not completely sure what you mean by building a quantum computer from scratch inside simulations.
